Patrick El Mabrouk
Patrick El Mabrouk (born October 10, 1928 in Tagla , Algeria , † February 3, 1993 ) was a French middle-distance runner .
At the European Athletics Championships in Brussels in 1950 , he won silver over 1500 m . The following year he won the Mediterranean Games over 800 m and 1500 m. At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952, he was fifth over 1500 m and eliminated over 800 m in the run. In 1954 he did not get past the first lap at the EM in Bern over 800 m.
Four times he was French champion over 800 m (1951, 1953–1955) and five times over 1500 m (1949–1953).
