Patrick Risch

Patrick Risch (born September 27, 1968 in Eschen ) is a Liechtenstein politician ( FL ). He has been a member of the Liechtenstein Parliament since 2017 . Previously, he was Deputy MP there from 2013 to 2017.

biography

Risch completed an apprenticeship as a confectioner. He later became a freelance computer scientist. In the 1990s he was a founding member of the “FLay - Schwule und Lesben Liechtenstein und Rheintal” association and was involved in promoting equality for homosexuals . He served as president of the association for many years. Daniel F. Seger succeeded him in this position .

In the state elections in Liechtenstein in 2009 , Risch ran for the first time for the Free List for a seat in the state parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein, but could not achieve a mandate . In 2011 he was elected to the local council of Schellenberg . In addition, Risch was elected deputy member of the Liechtenstein state parliament in 2013 . In 2015 he was confirmed as a local councilor in Schellenberg. In the state elections in Liechtenstein in 2017 , he was elected as a member of parliament.

Risch lives in a registered partnership.
