Patrik Fahlgren (born June 27, 1985 in Partille ) is a Swedish handball player who plays for Hammarby IF HF .
The backcourt player played for the Swedish club IK Sävehof from 1992 to 2009 and became Swedish champions with them in 2004 and 2005. From 2009 to 2011 he was employed at SG Flensburg-Handewitt. In 2011 he reached the final in the DHB Cup . From the 2011/12 season he played for MT Melsungen , with whom he reached the Final Four in the DHB Cup in 2014 . He has been playing for the Swedish club Hammarby IF HF since summer 2017 .
Fahlgren made 53 appearances for Sweden , in which he scored 68 goals. He took part in the 2009 World Cup in Croatia . At the European Championships 2010 he finished 15th with the selection.
Patrik Fahlgren was in a relationship with Johanna Ahlm , a successful Swedish handball player.
