Patrik Juhlin (born April 24, 1970 in Huddinge ) is a former Swedish ice hockey player .

Juhlin made 80 caps for Sweden in his career . The striker reached his peak with the national team in 1994 : He became an Olympic champion with Sweden and contributed seven goals to winning the title in eight games.

Career

Patrik Juhlin started his career at Västerås in 1987/88. In the NHL Entry Draft 1989 he was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers in the second round as 34th, but played for the time being - apart from a brief stint at Västra Frölunda (42 scorer points in 30 games) - continued for Västerås. In 1994/95 he moved to the National Hockey League (NHL) and completed 56 games for Philadelphia (13 points scorer). Because Juhlin was only used in the farm team afterwards, he switched to Jokerit Helsinki in 1997/98 . For the Finns, Juhlin scored 69 points in 113 games. Before the 1999/2000 season, Patrik Juhlin moved to Switzerland for SC Bern . In his first game, the Swede scored four goals against the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers . In total, Juhlin played 176 games for SC Bern, scoring 172 points. Due to injuries, Juhlin was rarely used between 2003 and 2005. In 2005 Patrik Juhlin left SC Bern for Sweden, where he played for his regular club VIK Västerås HK . In April 2009 he ended his career.
