Paul England (born March 28, 1929 in Melbourne - † June 17, 2014 ) was an Australian racing driver .
Life
Paul England worked for the Australian parts and engine company Repco in the 1950s and raced cars in his spare time. The Australian built his own racing car. His sports car was based on a Maserati A6GCS body and had a Holden engine.
In 1957 England drove the German Grand Prix at the Nürburgring . The Cooper T41 was reported by Ridgeway Managements and England had to give up the race prematurely after a suspension failure.
After his racing career ended, England opened an engineering office, Paul England & Staff , which was later run by his eldest daughter. England lived in Australia and was a grandfather nine times.
