Paul LaMastra

Paul LaMastra (born March 29, 1941 in Elizabeth , New Jersey ) is an American film editor .

Life

LaMastra began his career as an assistant editor in the late 1960s. From 1971 he was active as an independent editor. He was almost exclusively involved in television productions. In 1985 and 1990 he was awarded an Emmy for his work . In 1986 and 1988 he won the Eddie Award. In 2010 he was honored with the ACE Career Achievement Award from the American Cinema Editors .
