Paul Neill

Paul Neill (born September 6, 1882 in Philadelphia , † October 21, 1968 in Morristown ) was an American electrical engineer .

As an employee of Bell Labs , he worked on the development of radar devices during World War II and invented the N connector in 1942 . He later developed the BNC connector together with Carl Concelman .
