Paul Rust

Paul Rust (born April 12, 1981 in Le Mars , Iowa ) is an American comedian and actor .

Life

After successfully completing his school career, Rust attended the University of Iowa. There he was a member of the No Shame Theater ensemble .

Rust wrote scripts for various comedy television series such as Comedy Bang! Bang! , Arrested Development and Moral Orel . Together with Judd Apatow he created the Netflix series Love , in which he played the leading role alongside Gillian Jacobs .

Rust has also appeared in a few films, including the male lead in I Love You, Beth Cooper in 2009 and a supporting role in Quentin Tarantino's 2009 Inglourious Basterds .
