Paul Schulz (civil servant)

Paul Schulz (born July 1, 1860 in Vienna , † February 1, 1919 in Kreuzlingen , Switzerland) was an Austrian civil servant and member of parliament.

After a Jus -Studies in Leipzig and Vienna and official activities in the Lower Austrian State Financial and Trade Ministry, he was in 1898 Vice President of the Austrian Patent Office . In 1905 he moved to the Court of Auditors and became its vice-president in 1911. At the end of 1917 he became a member of the manor house . He had good relationships with prominent figures in Viennese society, such as Katharina Schratt and Franz Conrad von Hötzendorf . He committed suicide during his stay at the Bellevue Sanatorium ( Kreuzlingen , Canton Thurgau , Switzerland ).
