Paul Vaske

Paul Vaske (born January 1, 1924 in Cloppenburg ; † November 19, 1985 ) was a German engineering scientist.

Life

Vaske studied electrical engineering at the TH Darmstadt from 1946 to 1951 . In 1951 he became head of the development group for gap motors, universal motors and household appliances in the AEG small motor plant in Oldenburg. Paul Vaske became a lecturer in 1959, later professor for general electrical engineering, electrical machines and drives, control engineering at the mechanical engineering and production department of the then well-known "Hamburger Ingenieurschule am Berliner Tor", later the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg). In 1962 he was with the work on the theory of the shaded pole motor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Hanover doctorate .

He was the author of several standard works on university education, such as Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering , which appeared in several volumes together with Hans Fricke. In Darmstadt he became a member of the KDSt.V. in 1946 . Nassovia Darmstadt in the CV .
