Pegas Fly , previously Ikar until 2014 , is a Russian charter airline based in Krasnoyarsk and based at Yemelyanovo Airport .

history

The company was founded in 1993 under the name Ikar ( Russian Икар ) and renamed Pegas Fly in 2014. In early June 2015, the company applied to the United States Department of Transportation for approval for charter flights between Russia and the United States . Charter flights to Guam and Saipan are planned for September 2015 .
