Peggy Porschen

Peggy Porschen (* 1976 in Düren ) is a German confectioner , baker and author . She is known as the baker of the stars , because when Elton John , Gwyneth Paltrow , Rowan Atkinson or Stella McCartney celebrate, she delivers cakes and pastries .

Porschen grew up in Merzenich . After graduating from high school in 1995 at St. Angela in Düren, she worked for two years as a stewardess . Then she attended the Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in England in 1998, specializing in French pâtisserie . First she worked for well-known caterers. Later she started her own cake studio “Peggy Porschen Cakes”. It doesn't just offer cakes, but also cookies and biscuits . She has already appeared in the cooking show with Johannes B. Kerner . Porschen also teaches up-and-coming pastry chefs and publishes books.

With her partner Bryn Morrow as manager , she now runs her own cake studio and café in the London borough of Chelsea and Belgravia.
