Per "Pelle" Magnus Fosshaug (born February 24, 1965 in Ljusdal ) is a former Swedish bandy player and since 2013 coach of the Somali national team .
Fosshaug's first career station was the Stora Tuna IK association , with which he was under contract until 1986. From 1986 to 1990 he played for Falu BS , then until 1992 for IFK Vänersborg , before moving to Västerås SK at the age of 27 . He was a member of the club until 2004. In these twelve years at Västerås, Fosshaug won six Swedish championships and three World Cups. In the 2004/05 season he played for Sandvikens AIK . At the age of 40 he moved to Tillberga Bandy , where he was in the squad until 2012 and from 2008 onwards he was a player- coach.
Per Fosshaug completed a total of 129 international matches for the Swedish national team by 2005. He participated in nine world championships and became world champion five times. He scored 33 goals in 45 games.
Until 2013 he was the trainer of Tillberga Bandy. He then agreed to take on the coaching position of the newly formed Somali national team in Borlänge , which consists mainly of Somali refugees living in Sweden. The Somali national team started at the 2014 World Championships in Irkutsk .
