Per Holm (born January 10, 1899 in Sarpsborg , † September 8, 1974 in Tune ) was a Norwegian football player .

Career

society

Holm played for Sarpsborg FK between 1915 and 1928 . In 1917 he won the Norwegian Football Cup with Sarpsborg by beating Brann Bergen 4-1 .

National team

Between 1918 and 1926 he played 17 international matches for the Norwegian national team . On September 18, 1921, he scored his only goal in an international match in Norway's 3-0 victory in a friendly against Sweden in Stockholm .

A year earlier he was part of the Norwegian squad at the Olympic football tournament in Antwerp in 1920 and played in all three games against Great Britain (3: 1), Czechoslovakia (0: 4) and Italy (1: 2 a.d. ).

Profession and military service

After the end of his playing days as a player, Holm embarked on a military career. During the Second World War , from 1942 until the end of the war , Holm was interned as a prisoner of war in the Schokken , Grune near Lissa and Schildberg camps in what is now Poland .
