Peter Baumgartner (born July 11, 1969 in Schwanenstadt ) is an Austrian educator , industrial engineer , author of business books and speaker .

Act

After a steel technician apprenticeship and Matura in second-chance education studied Baumgartner at the University of Linz in Business Education and graduated at the Pedagogical University in Linz his teaching degree from. He studied multimedia learning at Liverpool Hope University and work and organizational psychology at Hagen Open University .

After completing his studies, he worked as a management consultant in Austria and Germany, including for O.Ö. Energy saving association .

Baumgartner speaks on the topic of leadership and puts people first. Encouraging courage and motivation, innovation and success are the main focus of his speeches, which he gives in German and English.

His book Managers must encourage courage - Mythos Shackleton was awarded the 2008 LITERA business literature prize endowed with € 10,000 and was named business book of the year by managerseminare.de . Peter Baumgartner has been working with Claudia Reiterer , Nicole Brandes, Alexander Goebel and Wolfgang Fasching since autumn 2016 . The five speakers founded the platform for impulse speakers.
