Peter Dawkins

Peter Dawkins (born November 15, 1946 in England ) is an author, teacher and leader of workshops and worldwide "pilgrimages".

Life

Peter Dawkins, an architect , visited the King Edward's High School, Birmingham , and St Catharine's College of the University of Cambridge . In 1978 he became the founder and head of the Francis Bacon Research Trust , which publishes seminars and books on topics of the Renaissance ( Neoplatonism , Kabbalah , Freemasonry , Rosicrucians, etc.). In particular, he explores the relationship between Sir Francis Bacon and William Shakespeare in the time of Queen Elizabeth I and King James I.

Together with the theater director Mark Rylance he leads workshops at Shakespeare's Globe Theater in London. Since 2004 he has offered Shakespeare seminars in the vicinity of Stratford-upon-Avon , combined with visits to the theater productions of the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford, which are running at the same time .

He is also a pioneer in the rediscovery of " landscape temples " , " earth energies " and the "western tradition of geomancy ". He founded and directs the Zoence Academy , which teaches courses in Zoence (Zoe: Life and Science: Science ), a Western equivalent of the Chinese Feng Shui tradition .
