Peter Eismann

Peter Eismann (born April 8, 1957 in Frensdorf ) is a German politician ( CSU ) and was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 2007 to 2008 .

education and profession

After primary school and secondary school, Peter Eismann graduated from the Archbishop's Evening High School in Bamberg in 1984 . After graduating as a state-certified construction technician , he is self-employed in this profession.

politics

Peter Eismann has been a member of the CSU since 1978 and holds many board positions there. He was local chairman and deputy district chairman. Since 1990 he has been a member of the Forchheim district council and deputy chairman of the CSU parliamentary group there. Since 2002 he has been a councilor in Eggolsheim .

On November 12, 2007, Peter Eismann replaced Werner Schnappauf in the state parliament. There he represented the constituency of Upper Franconia . In parliament he was a member of the Committee on Federal and European Affairs.

In the state elections in 2008 , he was unable to enter the state parliament as a list candidate for the Upper Franconia district due to the high losses suffered by the CSU.

Others

Peter Eismann is deputy district chairman of the VdK Forchheim. He is Roman Catholic, married and has five children.

criticism

In 2010 Eismann described the late Austrian politician Jörg Haider as a role model for the CSU. The other parties in the Forchheim district assembly then demanded Eismann's resignation from the post of CSU parliamentary group leader.
