Peter Havlicek
Peter Havlicek (born April 17, 1963 in Vienna ) is an Austrian musician ( double guitar , jazz guitar , composition , vocals ).
Live and act
Havlicek studied classical and jazz guitar with Harry Pepl at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz ; In 1991 he obtained the artistic diploma jazz guitar . He is dedicated to the renewal of Viennese music as well as new forms of music between classical and jazz. In 1988 he founded the duo Steinberg and Havlicek together with the singer Traude Holzer . In 1994 he was co-founder of the Neue Wiener Concert Schrammeln ; In 2000 he co-founded the group Des Ano .
He played at the Vienna Burgtheater, the Volksoper in Vienna, the Wiener Volkstheater, the Theater in der Josefstadt, as well as u. a. with Robert Meyer, Karl Heinz Hackl, André Heller , Michael Heltau , Karl Markovics , Wolfgang Böck , Hansi Lang , Ed Thigpen , Benny Bailey , Karl Hodina , Trude Mally , Karl Ferdinand Kratzl and Bodo Hell .
