Peter Klein (athlete)
Peter Klein (born February 21, 1959 in Schötmar , Lemgo district ) is a former German athlete .
He was an Olympic participant who, starting for the Federal Republic at the 1982 European Championships, won the bronze medal with the German 4 x 100 meter relay. With the exception of the World Athletics Championships in 1983, Peter Klein was a participant in all World and European Championships and the Olympic Games from 1982 to 1990, but without further medal success.
Peter Klein belonged to the sports club SV Salamander Kornwestheim . When he competed, he was 1.76 m tall and weighed 75 kg.
