Peter F. Nielsen (born July 10, 1973 ) is a Danish pool player . He is two-time vice European champion .

Career

At the European Championships in 1995 , Nielsen reached the final in 8-ball , but lost it to the German Ralf Souquet . In 1998 he won the bronze medal in the 9-ball . In the same year he also won his first medals on the Euro Tour . After losing to the German Thomas Engert in the final of the Poland Open , he was eliminated in the semifinals of the Netherlands Open. At the 9-ball World Cup in 1998 , Nielsen reached the quarter-finals. In 1999 he reached the European Championship final in 8-ball for the second time, but lost again to Souquet. In the final of the Portugal Open in 2000 he was defeated by the American Johnny Archer . At the 9-ball World Cup , he again reached fifth place, at the US Open 33rd place. In 2001, Nielsen only came in 81st place at the World Cup , while he was third at the England Open. At the 9-ball World Cup in 2002 , Nielsen reached 33rd place, as well as at the French Open 2009 . At the Ultimate 10-Ball Championship 2010 Nielsen finished 13th.
