Peter Schroer

Peter Schroer (born February 9, 1943 in Sulingen ) is a German administrative officer who was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit for his work with people with disabilities .

Life

After primary school in Sulingen, he attended Graf-Friedrich-Schule (Diepholz) , where he passed his Abitur in 1962 . He studied law at the universities of Freiburg and Göttingen , where he passed the first state examination in 1967. He became a research associate at the University of Münster , where he obtained his doctorate in 1971 (dissertation: Legal forms of cooperation between agricultural and fishing producers among themselves and with their market partners according to the Market Structure Act ), and in 1972 the 2nd state examination followed. From now on he worked in the administrative service in Lower Saxony, where he u. a. Personal advisor to the Minister for Federal and European Affairs Herbert Hellmann became. In 1976 he was district director of the Grafschaft Diepholz district and was entrusted with the management of the senior district director's business . In the new district of Diepholz, Schroer was district director until 1988, then senior district director in Peine , where he retired in 2000. In 2009 Schroer received the Federal Cross of Merit for his special commitment to people with disabilities.
