Peter Stützer

Peter Stützer (born March 26, 1954 in Bad Godesberg ) is a journalist and television presenter .

life and work

After graduating from high school, Stützer studied at the Ernst-Kalkuhl-Gymnasium at the German Sport University in Cologne. After completing his internship at Welt , he worked for various editorial offices:

From January 25, 1993 he presented the 15-minute sports program "Sprint" on Vox. From 1995, Stützer moderated the magazine auto motor und sport tv on the TV station VOX , which has been broadcast under the name Auto Mobil since the beginning of 2008 , as well as various sports broadcasts. He also continues to work as a print journalist and was a columnist for the FAZ . In addition to several book projects, he writes for several magazines. A weekly column in the world has been named after him since 2001 . Stützer also moderates events or presentations for various companies. In 2004, Stützer was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease . For health reasons, he withdrew from television in 2011. He moderated Auto Mobil until the end of 2010, and in 2011 he was replaced by Birte Karalus .
