Petr Janda (born January 5, 1987 in Čáslav ) is a Czech football player .

Club career

Petr Janda played in his youth for Zenit Čáslav, Slovan Liberec and again Zenit Čáslav. In 2004, the offensive player was signed by Slavia Prague and made it to the first team a year later. Initially used in attacking midfield, Janda later became a striker .

On September 18, 2005 Petr Janda made his debut in the Gambrinus League , his first goal in the Czech first division he scored on April 26, 2006, his team lost 3-1 to Slovan Liberec. In the 2006/07 season, the attacker came on 19 missions and scored twice in the opposing goal. In 2008 and 2009 he was Czech champion with Slavia Prague.

In January 2012 he moved to Medical Park Antalyaspor in Turkey . Here he was rarely used and moved to the winter break 2013/14 on loan until the end of the season to the second division team Denizlispor to collect match practice.

Janda was relegated to the TFF 1st Lig with Antalyaspor in summer 2014 . Here he ended the 2014/15 play-off season with his club and achieved promotion to the Süper Lig . After this success Janda left the club and hired the Turkish second division side Boluspor . In December 2015 he left Boluspor prematurely.

National team

Petr Janda has played for the Czech U-19, U-20 , U-21 and professional selection so far . With the U-20 national team, he took part in the 2007 Junior World Cup in Canada .
