Petra Kaprasová (born December 8, 1971 ) is a Czech luge athlete .

Petra Kaprasová lives in Smržovka . She has been tobogganing since 1981. At an international level, she only made her debut in the Luge World Cup in the 2006/07 season at an advanced age for athletes, namely 35 . The best place there was a 22nd place in her first race in Cesana . In the overall ranking she was 29th. She did a better job at the 2007 Luge World Championships in Igls . In the team competition she was ninth with the Czech team. A year later she reached 29th place in the individual competition in Oberhof . In the same year she was 22nd at the European Championships in Cesana. After her best result of the season was an eleventh place in Winterberg , she finished the 2007/08 World Cup as 32nd. In the following season , she achieved seventh place at the World Cup opener in Igls. Kaprasová finished this World Cup season in 31st place. At the 2009 Luge World Championships in Lake Placid , USA , she missed the finals as 26th. In the team competition she reached seventh place together with Jakub Hyman , Lukáš and Antonín Brož . She finished the 2010 European Luge Championship in Sigulda , Latvia, with a 19th place in the individual and a sixth place in the relay. She finished the 2009/10 World Cup in 37th place.
