Jam El Mar (born December 3, 1960 in Karlsruhe ; real name Rolf Ellmer ) is a German music producer .

Rolf Ellmer is a classically trained concert guitarist. He also tries his hand at music for modern ballet. His work in dance includes the projects BG, The Prince of Rap and Paradise Program as well as remix productions for Deep Forest , Cosmic Baby , Reamonn and others. His greatest successes were with Mark Spoon as Jam & Spoon and with DJ Dag as Dance 2 Trance .
