Rectory in Hafenhofen

The rectory in Hafenhofen , a district of the Haldenwang municipality in the Günzburg district in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia , was built in 1736. The baroque rectory at Kirchbergstrasse 65, opposite the parish church of St. Peter and Paul , is a protected monument .

architecture

The rectory was built by the landlord Anton Ernst von Fugger-Glött on the site of a previous building. The two-storey saddle roof structure has three to five window axes . On the eaves side is the pilaster-framed portal with a transverse skylight. The cellar has a barrel vault with light shafts . In 1999 and 2000 the building was extensively renovated.

Furnishing

Baroque two- field doors with chased fenugreek bands , stucco cornices and simple stucco ceilings have been preserved from the time of construction . The railing of the stairs with flat balusters is particularly good quality .
