Parish church Konradsreuth
The Konradsreuth parish church is an Evangelical Lutheran parish church in Konradsreuth in Upper Franconia .
The church goes back to a chapel, which can be traced back to 1449 and belonged to the parish of St. Lorenz in Hof . The current appearance of the church was determined by the Bayreuth court architect Karl Christian Riedel at the end of the 18th century. The tower from the end of the 17th century has been preserved, the adjoining nave was built as a hall church in margrave style with a three-storey window structure. The churchyard is completely walled. The special features of the inventory include the pulpit altar and the baptismal angel ; The baptismal angel and lecture cross come from the Hofer artisan Johann Nikolaus Knoll . Only the prospectus has survived from the original Wiegleb organ (1799) ; the current work is by Steinmeyer (1890). Renovation measures have been taking place in the church since 2013.
