Phạm Thị Huệ (born September 26, 1996 ) is a Vietnamese athlete who specializes in long-distance running.

Athletic career

Nguyễn Thị Oanh gained her first international experience in 2015 when she won the silver medal in the 10,000-meter run behind the Indonesian Triyaningsih at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore in 25: 02.70 minutes and the 5000 meters in 17: 25.97 minutes took fourth place. Two years later she won the silver medal over 10,000 meters behind Triyaningsih at the Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur in 36: 54.02 minutes, but this time also in 17: 33.45 minutes in the 5000 meter run and only had to face her compatriot Give Nguyễn Thị Oanh beaten. In 2019 she reached ninth place over 5000 meters at the Asian Championships in Doha in 17: 01.13 min and then won the VnExpress Half Marathon in Quy Nhơn in 1:20:23 h . In December she won the Southeast Asian Games in Capas in 36: 23.44 minutes over 10,000 meters and won the silver medal behind compatriot Nguyễn over 5000 meters in 16: 52.35 minutes.

In 2015, 2017 and 2019 Phạm became the Vietnamese champion in the 10,000 meter run and in 2015 also over 5000 meters.
