Philip VII (Waldeck-Wildungen)
Philip VII von Waldeck-Wildungen (born November 25, 1613 in Alt- Wildungen ; ⚔ February 24, 1645 in Tábor in Bohemia) was the second, but oldest surviving son of Count Christian von Waldeck -Wildungen (1585-1637) and his Wife Elisabeth von Nassau-Siegen (1584–1661). So he belonged to the Waldeck family .
From 1638 Philip VII followed his father as Count von Waldeck zu Wildungen. His younger brother Johann (1623–1668) was named Johann II. Count von Waldeck zu Landau .
Marriage and offspring
He was married to Anna Katharina von Sayn-Wittgenstein (* 1610, † December 1, 1650). The following children were born out of the marriage:
- Christian Ludwig (born July 29, 1635; † December 12, 1706), Count of Waldeck-Wildungen; ⚭ 1. Anna Elisabeth von Rappoltstein (1644–1678), ⚭ 2. Johanette von Nassau-Idstein (1657–1733)
- Josias II (born July 31, 1636; ⚔ July 29, 1669 at the siege of Candia ); ⚭ Wilhelmine of Nassau-Siegen († 1707)
- Juliane Elisabeth (August 1, 1637 - March 20, 1707); ⚭ January 27, 1660 Heinrich Wolrad von Waldeck-Eisenberg (1642–1664)
- Anna Sophie (January 1, 1639 - October 3, 1646)
- Johanna (September 30, 1639 - October 2, 1639)
