Philipp von Lucke

Philipp Hans Rudolf Friedrich von Lucke (* May 7, 1872 in Mückenhain ; † May 1, 1931 ibid) was a German lawyer , district administrator and manor owner.

Life

Philipp von Lucke studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen . In 1891 he became a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg . In 1892 he joined the Corps Saxonia Göttingen .

After completing his studies, he completed his legal clerkship and passed the government assessor examination for the Prussian civil service in autumn 1899 and became a government assessor with the Stettin government . In 1907 he became district administrator of the Rothenburg / Oberlausitz district . In October 1919 he was dismissed from civil service.

Since then he has lived on his 400 hectare manor Mückenhain and held the office of state elder .

He was married to Erika Alwine Luise Frieda von Muschwitz (* 1887) since 1910 . Her daughter Annemarie von Lucke (* 1913) was married to Albrecht Ernst von Thaer . His son Christian von Lucke (1919–2012) was an officer in the Wehrmacht and Bundeswehr, from which he resigned as a colonel .
