The forehead, the face, the ear covers and the sides of the neck are light reddish brown. The parting and the nape are maroon with a pink tinge. The back of the neck and the sides of the chest are spotted black and iridescent pink-violet to greenish bronze. The rest of the top of the body is dark brown.
