Pidlyman ( Ukrainian Підлиман ; Russian Подлиман Podliman ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Oblast Kharkiv with about 1400 inhabitants (2001).
The mid-18th century, founded the village (another source mentions the year 1775) is the administrative center of the same name, 50,308 square kilometers of district municipality in Rajon Borowa to still the village Nyschnja Schurawka ( Нижня Журавка , ⊙ belongs) with 100 residents .
The village is located at an altitude of 84 m on the left bank of the Oskil , which is dammed up to the Oskilsk reservoir , 7 km south of the Borowa district center and 145 km southeast of the Kharkiv Oblast center .
The regional road P-79 runs north of the village .
