Pietro Santoro (born February 4, 1946 in Vasto ) is an Italian clergyman and bishop of Avezzano .
Life
Paul VI ordained him a priest on June 17, 1970 . Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Avezzano on June 28, 2007, and he was instituted on September 15 of the same year.
The Archbishop of Chieti-Vasto , Bruno Forte , donated him episcopal ordination on September 6th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Edoardo Menichelli , Archbishop of Ancona-Osimo , and Lucio Angelo Maria Renna OCarm , Bishop of San Severo .
