The Pik Koroljow (also Pik Koroljowa ; Anglicized: Peak Koroleva ) is a mountain in Tian Shan in Atbaschy Rajon in the Naryn area in southeast Kyrgyzstan not far from the border with the People's Republic of China .

With a height of 5816 m , the Koroljow peak is the fourth highest point in the western part of the Kakshaaltoo . It is 4 km north of the main ridge of the mountain range that forms the border with China. The two glaciers Essledovateley and Tschong-Turasu unite on the western flank . Beyond the two glaciers rises Pik Dankow ( Dankowa ), the highest mountain in the western Kokschaaltoo.
Origin of name
The mountain bears the name of Sergei Pavlovich Koroljow , a Soviet rocket designer and space pioneer.
