The Pik Kosmos (formerly Pik Schmidt or Schmidta ) is a mountain in the Tian Shan on the Kyrgyz - Chinese border.

The Pik Kosmos is the second highest mountain in the western part of the Kakschaaltoo with a height of 5940 m . It lies in the main ridge of the mountain range. The Pik Dankow ( Dankowa ), the highest mountain in western Kakschaaltoo, is just under 8.32 km northeast. In between, the Grigoryev Glacier runs in a northerly direction.
Ascent history
Pik Kosmos (then still Pik Schmidt) was first climbed by a Soviet mountaineering group in the 1980s.
