The Pir Bakran Mausoleum ( Persian آرامگاه پیربکران Aramgah e Pir Bakran , IPA : ɑɾɑmgɑh ɛ piɾ bæcɾɑn ) is a historic mausoleum in Pir-Bakran , the capital of the district of the same name in the Isfahan province . It comes from the Ilkhan era .
The names of the inscriptions Rashidun - Caliph show that the construction of the early time of the crossing of the Mongols to Sunni Islam belongs. The courtyard , surrounded by small side sivans and arched portals , was decorated with Kufi inscriptions and stucco in the form of flowers and bushes. The stucco work is by Mohammad Naghash.
The tomb of Mohammad ebn-e Bakran is behind the courtyard. He was a Sufi and a mystic in the 13th century. A small closed room on the north side of the courtyard is believed to be the place where he taught. The mausoleum is entirely decorated with stucco and ceramic tiles .
