Piyachart Tamaphan ( Thai : ปิยะ ชาติ ถามะ พันธ์ , born April 4, 1986 in Amnat Charoen ) is a Thai football player on the position of midfielder .
Career
Piyachart began his career at FC Chula United in 2006. With the club, he was promoted twice in a row. 2007 in the Thailand Division 1 League , and in 2008 in the Thai Premier League . After his contract expired, he moved to the Premier League promoted Muang Thong, for whom he has been playing since the 2009 season.
In 2009 he was called up by Steve Darby in the U-23 national team of Thailand for the Southeast Asian Games. In the first game of the tournament he was substituted on and thus came to a first international match. He was on the starting line-up for the game against East Timor. He also scored his first goal in the shirt of Thailand.
