Podgorica marathon

The Podgorica Marathon (Montenegrin: Podgorički Maraton ) is a marathon in Podgorica that has been held annually in autumn since 1994. The event also includes a half marathon .

The route of the only marathon in Montenegro is a flat, continuously paved circuit with start and finish in the city center, which leads through the suburb of Golubovci and the small town of Tuzi . The half marathon starts in Danilovgrad . Both routes were measured according to the standards of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS).
