In Pointofix is a screen highlighter . For example, it can be used to support PowerPoint presentations ; Pointofix enables, among other things, on the screen of a computer on which the Windows operating system is installed, the crossing of text as well as arrows or lines, etc.
history
With each new version , Pointofix gained in functionality. The current version 1.5 offers the greatest number of options for working with Pointofix .
Version 1.0
Already in the first published version (1.0) Pointofix has a large range of functions: It is possible to draw lines, arrows and lines in various (transparent) colors. You can also leave ticks and crosses and write texts. In addition, other functions allow you to paint ovals and rectangles and to erase what you have drawn.
Version 1.1
In the second version of Pontofix (1.1) the program is also available in English . In addition, defects compared to the first version have been corrected. Because if you kept the left mouse button pressed, for example, an endless number of ticks were drawn. This problem has been resolved in version 1.1.
Version 1.2
With this version (1.2) no further functions have been added. However, when the program is closed, which is also possible with the + key combination from this version onwards , all data are saved: For example, where the program window was on the screen when the program was closed or which functions were last selected. Furthermore it is now possible to set up personal settings. AltF4
Version 1.5
Many more functions have been added to the current version (1.5). Recently there is a magnifying glass with which you can zoom a selected area of the screen by 200 or 400 percent . Pointofix 1.5 also offers to enlarge the entire screen. In addition, you can also select any large area of the desktop in order to then save it in PNG , JPEG or bitmap format or copy it to the clipboard, depending on your choice . In this version, the colors white and black are also available, which were not available before.
