Polina Jurjewna Michailowa ( Russian Полина Юрьевна Михайлова ; born August 31, 1986 in Leningrad ) is a Russian table tennis player .

Career

Polina Michailowa is a defender . She won a bronze medal in the team competition at the 2013 European Championships in Schwechat, Austria . At the 2015 European Championships in Yekaterinburg , Russia , Mikhailova won two bronze medals - one in an individual and one in a team competition.

Polina Michailowa was able to qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , but already lost in the second round to Belarusian Viktoria Pavlovich .

From 2011 to 2013 Polina Michailowa played in the German women's Bundesliga at Ttc berlin eastside and was involved in winning the 2012 Champions League . In 2015 she worked for Bursa Büyüksehir Belediyespor in Turkey.

Polina Michailowa is a defender . She was runner-up at the Russian championships in team competition in 2012. In 2013 she was the Russian individual champion.
