The Pomorie Point (English; Bulgarian нос Поморие nos Pomorie ) is a headland of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the Varna Peninsula , it forms 5.2 km southeast of Williams Point , 7.5 km northeast of Miziya Peak , 5.9 km northwest of Inott Point , 3.9 km southwest of Duff Point and 2.5 km south-southeast of the Channel Rock the north side of the entrance to Lister Cove .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2004 after the Bulgarian city of Pomorie .
