Life

Porta started recording rap songs around herself at the age of twelve . In March 2006 he finally recorded a demo version of his first album No es cuestión de edades , which was published by the Spanish producer Soma and his label Lebuqe Studios . In April this demo was published by Creative Commons on various Internet sites for free download , including on MySpace . The recording was a surprisingly great success and earned a lot of downloads.

In December 2006 he started working on a second demo, No hay truco , which finally came to light on January 29, 2007. Just a few months later was his user profile on MySpace, the second most visited web portal about music throughout Spain. After his popularity on the internet, he signed a recording deal with Universal Music Group in November .

His first studio album, En boca de tantos , was released on February 19, 2008. Although it received quite a lot of criticism, it achieved considerable commercial success, reaching seventh position on the album charts in Spain. The music video received the “Sol Música” award for best video at the Festival de Málaga in 2008.

Between March and May 2008, MySpace published a series of nine chapters dedicated to Porta; it was the first Spanish production to appear on said page. In June of the same year a biography of the rapper was published, which was called Algo que contar ("Something to tell").

Porta's second studio album, called Trastorno bipolar , was released on October 6, 2009.
