The Potts Glacier is a steep glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victory Mountains, it flows south from the western slopes of the Malta Plateau to the Mariner Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Donald Cameron Potts, a biologist at McMurdo Station from 1966 to 1967.
