One Night Stand (original title: Pour une nuit ) by Émilie Jouvet from 2006 is the first French porn film in which exclusively lesbian and transgender sex is shown.

action

In contrast to classic porn films, there is no framework plot. In eight episodes , different couples (two of them with a trans man ) meet for a random one-night stand in different places (in bars, on the toilet, on the sofa, at home in bed). There is almost no dialogue. A wide variety of lesbian and queer sex practices are shown: heavy petting , oral sex and strap-on sex are just as enjoyable as spanking , flogging, etc.

This is not about a stylized staging, but rather the actors live out their personal fantasies and ideas of sexuality, which gives an impression of authenticity. This is reinforced by the fact that at the beginning of the film the actors explain their various motivations for participating in the film.

Each episode is accompanied by loud music from queer punk and thus largely determines the atmosphere of the setting.

background

The actors are not professional porn actors . In contrast to the usual porn films with a male-heterosexual target group, One Night Stand conveys a varied and more realistic image of sex between non-male people. The film is primarily received in the queer community, as only lesbian or transgender sex is shown. Safer sex is thematized in that the actors use lubricant gel and latex gloves in some scenes.

Awards

The film won the lesbian jury award at the Pornfilmfestival Berlin in 2006 and the special award at the Copenhagen Gay and Lesbian Film Festival in 2007 .
