The preacher's house of the Zionskirche at Griebenowstraße 15 in the Berlin district of Mitte is the first preacher's house built for the Berlin Zionsgemeinde . It was built in 1870 as a simple two-story brick building.

The building facade is horizontally structured by red double-row clinker strips and an inlaid decorative strip made of diamond-shaped terracotta tiles . The ground floor has arched windows and rises above a masonry cornice . The upper floor has a number of simple segment arched windows . The sides of the building are closed off by flat projections .

The Predigerhaus is registered as a monument with the number 09011308 in the Berlin State Monument List.
