Predigerhaus of the Zionskirche (Berlin, Schwedter Strasse)

The preacher's house of the Zionskirche in the Schwedter Straße 231 in the Berlin district of Mitte is the second preacher's house built for the Berlin Zionsgemeinde . It was built in 1888 as a residence for preachers , sextons and church servants.

The three-storey building has a facade clad in yellow clinker bricks, which is horizontally structured by red double bands and cornices . The two lower floors have segmented arched windows , while the second floor has arched windows .

The Predigerhaus is registered as a monument with the number 09011309 in the Berlin State Monument List.
