The Pribitz is a striking mountain with a height of 1579 m above sea level. A. in the Hochschwab area in Styria . Together with the Meßnerin ( 1835 m above sea level ) to the east, this forms the northern end of the Lamingtal valley above Tragöß .
Routes to the summit
There are several ascent variants to the Pribitz, including from the parking lot of the Green Lake , the route leads first over forest paths to the gorge height and then to the plateau of the Pribitz. To the left of the Pribitzalm ( 1405 m above sea level ) you reach the Pribitz summit plateau with a wonderful view of the Green Lake.
The second route leads from the Pfarreralm near Jassing , over the Stockerwandsteig and Mehlofensteig to the Pribitzalm. Further over the Sonnschienalm you reach the summit of the Pribitz.
