The Price Glacier is a glacier in North Cascades National Park in Washington State ; Located on the northeast slopes of Mount Shuksan , it is located below a secondary peak, the Nooksack Tower . The Price Glacier descends from around 8,600 ft (2,621 m) to around 4,200 ft (1,280 m) altitude and is the steepest and most crevassed glacier on Mount Shuksan. At the lowest-lying section of the glacier that is not connected, small icebergs calve directly into Price Lake, a lake that was created by the glacier retreat.
