Prinzregentenstrasse 19 in Bad Kissingen

The villa at Prinzregentenstrasse 19 in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under the number D-6-72-114-80 .

history

The villa was built in 1906 by the architect August Gleißner in Art Nouveau style. The property is a three-storey hipped roof building with an embossed base, loggia-like risalit and fan gables . The design is not in the relatively conceptual building structure, but rather unconventional in the construction details and has its climax in the fan-shaped gable , which gives the villa a slightly exotic accent.
