Przemysław Janusz Wipler (* 15. July 1978 in Piekary ) is a Polish politician of the party Korwin , former Sejm -Abgeordneter for 7 . Election term, college professor and civil servant.

Life

The son of a miner in Upper Silesia born Wipler moved to his parents' divorce after Gdynia around and ended there, the Lyceum .

In 2002 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and obtained his master's degree on the basis of his thesis " Libertarian Approach to the State" . From 1999 to 2001 he was an editor for the magazine Najwyższy Czas! ("High time!"). Later he was in the liberal business think tank Centrum im. Adama Smitha as well as tax consulting firms such as Ernst & Young . From 2005 to 2008 he chaired the Department for Diversification of Energy Sources in the Ministry of Economic Affairs .

Until 2000, Wipler was a member of the UPR and also a spokesman for the party. For the self-government elections in Poland in 2002 , he ran unsuccessfully as a representative of a group of voters around Julia Pitera (who achieved 1641 votes) in the city ​​council of Warsaw. He ran for the PiS in the parliamentary elections in 2005 , but missed a Sejm mandate. In the parliamentary elections in 2011 , he then succeeded in entering the Polish lower house . In June 2013 he left the party and founded the association “Republikanie” , which was close to the PO spin-off Polska Razem and of which he was a member of the executive committee until February 2014. In March 2014, he went to the Congress of the New Right and became a party member after two months.

In January 2015, Wipler and the former KNP chairman Janusz Korwin-Mikke announced the founding of a new party called KORWiN . In April 2017, he announced that he wanted to withdraw from politics and in this context resigned from his party positions.
